ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT

Total Event Management – Provide overall management needed for creating and operating large-scale Music, Art, & Cultural Events. Includes Health & Safety, Production, Talent Buying, Promotion & Marketing, Sponsor Relations, Municipal Relations, and all other Processes, Functions, and Services which are necessary.

Venue Management – Operate as a General Manager for a venue or site. Plan, promote, and execute events on behalf of venue owners and other interested parties. Provide world-class Promotion & Marketing and world-class Customer Experience in order to ensure ticket capacity goals are met.
